Tristan Thompson could be available for the season opener of the Boston Celtics against the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday.
Thompson, who missed the entire preseason due to a hamstring injury, practiced with the Celtics on Sunday and Monday.
The veteran big man is not included in Boston’s injury report, but head coach Brad Stevens has not made a final decision on whether Thompson will play vs the Bucks.
When he returns, though, he will be on minutes restriction.
