There is virtually no doubt that Anthony Davis will sign a new contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. The only matter is when and how will the contract be structured.
Davis is reportedly waiting on what roster moves the defending NBA champions will make ahead of the coming season. However, it seems his former teammate Danny Green knows more.
Green, who joined the Philadelphia 76ers, posted an Instagram story with a picture of AD and words “He like dat!!!” and “Congrats King!” which could be a hint at Davis’ new contract. The three-time NBA champion then deleted his IG story but it was already captured.
