The Houston Rockets are still searching for their new head coach, after parting ways with Mike D’Antoni. The Rockets are going to interview Jeff Van Gundy and Ty Lue for their head coaching vacancy this week, per Marc Stein of the NY Times.

Lue was the former coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers from 2016-2018 and has one title under his belt, while Van Gundy coached the Rockets once before from 2003-2007 and the New York Knicks from 1996-2001.

Both Van Gundy and Lue have been referred as candidates to several NBA coaching vacancies. Lue finished the season as an assistant coach under Doc Rivers in the Clippers.
