The NBA G League is “seriously discussing” a tournament featuring the elite Ignite team and other teams in a bubble environment in November/December.

Ignite is led by prospects Jalen Green and Jonathan Kuminga, while the other teams could consist of undrafted players, according to Shams Charania.

Decisions are still fluid.

Earlier this month, Ignite arrived at their home of Walnut Creek, California and began training with head coach Brian Shaw.

The team will play exhibition games that don’t count in the standings against other G League teams and international teams.

On Ignite, Green and Kuminga are joined by Daishen Nix, Kai Sotto, Isaiah Todd and Princepal Singh.
