G League Ignite standout Scoot Henderson and Puma have landed a remarkable mutual deal.

Per Shams Charania of The Athletic, the teenage phenom inks a seven-figure, multi-year endorsement contract with the sports apparel company. The partnership is said to be one of the richest for a non-NBA draft eligible cager.

Further, this serves as the first time where a sports gear giant has signed an offer sheet with an Ignite player that is still under contract with the G League.

Henderson, 18, made an initial historical mark in American basketball after becoming one of the youngest professional athletes upon striking a two-year deal with Ignite as a high school Junior last year. He is projected as a top-three talent player in the next year’s NBA Draft.
