KK Crvena Zvezda

Crvena Zvezda‘s players Ognjen Dobrić and Dejan Davidovac will stay at the club for at least two more years.

Both Ognjen Dobrić and Dejan Davidovac extended their actual contracts for one more year. They will be with Crvena Zvezda till the end of the 2021/2022 season.

Ognjen Dobrić grew up with Crvena Zvezda, but his first professional contract was with FMP. Dobrić played for them till 2015 when he signed his four-year contract with the red and whites. During that period, Ognjen Dobrić, with his dedication, became one of the fan’s favorite players.

He was three times domestic champion, two times ABA League champion, ABA League SuperCup champion, and Radivoje Korać Cup champion with Crvena Zvezda.

While Ognjen Dobrić originated from Crvena Zvezda, Dejan Davidovac had a different path with a similar outcome.

With his height of 203 centimeters, Dejan Davidovac can cover three positions – guard, forward, and power forward, so contract extension can benefit both the club and the player.

Dejan Davidovac signed his first professional contract with the red and whites in 2017. Before that, he played for Proleter, Vršac, and FMP. With BC Crvena Zvezda, Davidovac won the title in the ABA League, became ABA League SuperCup champion, and two times Serbian League champion.

Dejan Davidovac and Ognjen Dobrić are now in Turkey with the team where Crvena Zvezda will participate in the preparation tournament. Their season-opening game is going to be against Fenerbahce in Istanbul at the beginning of October.
