Will Barton said he could return in the playoff series against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Barton has been out of action since July with a lingering knee soreness.
He played 18 minutes against the Orlando Magic in a scrimmage game and has been sidelined since then.
Barton currently is in Miami rehabbing from his injury.
The series between the Nuggets and the Clippers is currently tied at 1-1.
