The Houston Rockets survived a late thriller against the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 7 (102-104) and won the series (4-3).

The Thunder had the chance to tie the game, but they turned the ball over in the final play and the Rockets sealed the deal.

Five players scored in double figures for the winners, with Eric Gordon having 21 points and six three-pointers.

For OKC, Luguentz Dort had a career night with 30 points (10/21 shooting, 6/12 from beyond the arc), while Chris Paul posted a triple-double (19 points, 11 rebounds, 12 assists).

Houston will now face the Los Angeles Lakers in the semifinals. Game 1 will take place on Friday.
