The Los Angeles Clippers superstar Paul George has been struggling during the first four games of the playoffs. His shooting percentages were very low and he received criticism from analysts. PG made just 29.4% of his two-pointers and 22% of his three-pointers prior to Game 5.

It all changed last night as the Clippers thrashed the Mavericks by 43 points. George exploded with 35 points and looked more like his usual self.

After the game, George revealed that he is dealing with depression inside the NBA bubble. “I underestimated mental health, honestly,” George said, per Farbod Esnaashari of Sports Illustrated. “I had anxiety, a little bit of depression, from being locked in here. I just wasn’t here, I was checked out. Games 2,3,4, I wasn’t there.”
