The Los Angeles Lakers will honor the late great Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gigi on Mamba Day by wearing alternate jerseys in tonight’s Game 4 against the Portland Trail Blazers.
The “Black Mamba” jerseys have a special patch for Gigi with her No. 2 in a white heart:
It was announced last week that the Lakers would wear these jerseys on Aug. 24 (8/24) due to the date representing the two jersey numbers Bryant wore during his legendary career.
