Dusko Savanovic will be moving to Turkey next season after signing a deal with Anadolu Efes (former Efes Pilsen), mondo.rs reports. Serbian international enjoyed a successful season in Euroleague which helped him draw attention of the rich clubs.
27-year-old forward led Power Electronics Valencia to Euroleague quarter-finals and was just one win away from qualifying to the Final Four. His performances were recognized as he was included in All Eauroleague Second Team.
Savanovic averaged 11.9 points and 4.6 rebounds per game in Euroleague this season. He made 50% of his 2-point shots and 36.5% of three-pointers in addition to shooting free-throws at 85.1%.
The player will spend three years in Istanbul after signing a three-year contract with Anadolu Efes. Turkish will try to reach the Euroleague Final Four next season since it will be held in Istanbul.
