Sportsnet and TSN

Sportsnet and TSN share NBA coverage in Canada, including most Toronto Raptors regular-season games.

You can stream through Sportsnet+ from CA$34.99 a month or CA$269.99 a year, or through TSN+ from CA$24.99 a month or CA$249.99 a year. Best for: Raptors fans, who may need both services to see every game.

Amazon Prime Video

Prime Video’s NBA coverage in Canada starts with the 2026-27 season. It has 66 exclusive regular-season games, including Raptors games such as November 20 against the Pistons and January 7 against the Timberwolves. It also shows the Emirates NBA Cup group play and knockout rounds, the Global Games in Paris (January 14) and Manchester (January 17), six Play-In games, select first- and second-round playoff games and an exclusive Eastern Conference Finals.

Prime costs CA$9.99 a month or CA$99 a year after a 30-day free trial. Students and 19 to 24-year-olds pay CA$4.99 a month. Best for: the lowest-cost way to add exclusive games.

NBA League Pass

In Canada, NBA League Pass does not show nationally broadcast games live, such as those on Sportsnet or TSN. They are added on demand about three hours after the game ends. Some Emirates NBA Cup games, All-Star Weekend and playoff games after the first round are also blacked out. League Pass costs CA$19.99 a month or CA$129.99 for the season.

Best for: fans of teams other than the Raptors, who want games that Canadian broadcasters don’t show.

Which option should you choose?

If you mainly follow the Raptors, check the Sportsnet, TSN and Prime Video schedules, because Raptors games are spread across all three. If you follow another team, League Pass is usually the main service, with Prime Video for extra games.
