The Dallas Mavericks will be without Luka Doncic, Kristaps Porzingis and Dorian Finney-Smith for the team’s next game against the Utah Jazz on Aug. 10.
Doncic and Porzingis are listed as out on the NBA injury report due to injury recovery.
The injury report cites Doncic’s right ankle, Porzingis’ left knee and Finney-Smith’s hip as the reason they will be out, even though it is a precautionary rest day for the three players.
The Mavericks are likely looking at the seventh seed in the Western Conference.
Doncic is averaging 33.4 points, 11.6 rebounds and 11.6 assists in five “seeding games” featuring a 36-point, 14-rebound, 19-assist triple-double in the team’s overtime win against the Milwaukee Bucks.
