The New Orleans Pelicans secured a vital win (99-109) over the 8th seeded Memphis Grizzlies, after pulling away in the last 3 minutes of the regulation.

That was the first win in the “bubble” for the Pelicans. For the winning side, Brandon Ingram was the leading scorer with 24 points, while Zion Williamson finished the contest with 23 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists.

Both Ingram and Zion were crucial in the closing minutes combining for 9 points during the last three minutes.

Ingram added also 7 rebounds and 5 assists. New Orleans improved its record to 29-38, while the Memphis Grizzlies dropped to 32-36.
