J.R. Smith reunited with LeBron James after signing with the Los Angeles Lakers as a free agent. The two played together for the Cleveland Cavaliers through 2015-2018, winning the NBA championship in 2016.
The 34-year-old guard was asked by his teammate Danny Green on Inside The Green Room podcast to compare LeBron during a regular season and playoffs. It turns out there isn’t much difference.
“Honestly, he’s the same person. He will start reading more, get off social media. He will do that. Other than that, he’s still the same person… Every possession is crucial… but it’s crazy because every possession is crucial but he’ll still go shoot one leg one hand shot off the glass… not the end of the quarter but for game.”
