Kendrick Perkins: “JR Smith is ‘a Dwight Howard story in the making’ on the Lakers”

Ex-NBA Champion Kendrick Perkins, along with other ESPN personalities, reacts to the newly acquired Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard JR Smith saying he was in a “depressed” state being out of basketball after last playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers, with Perkins saying he could have a Dwight Howard-like resurgence on the Lakers.

They then (1:28) react to the Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid saying he doesn’t believe the Orlando, Florida, bubble will be safe:

Last season, Smith was mostly away from the Cleveland Cavaliers and appeared in only 11 games, averaging 6.7 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game. On 34.2% shooting from the floor, 30.8% from deep.
