The NBA is making plans for the season resumption to make sure everyone’s involved is safe. However, not all the players are prepared for that. According to Indiana Pacers shooting guard Malcolm Brogdon, some players are ‘super interested in sitting out possibly’.

One reason for that is the health risk due to the coronavirus pandemic. The other is racial unrest in the United States.

“I’ve talked to a few guys that are super interested in sitting out possibly,” Brogdon said Thursday on The JJ Redick podcast. “At the end of the day, I was actually talking to Chris Paul the other day and he said, ‘Man, this is an individual decision that every man has to make for himself.’ I think that’s exactly what it is. I think it depends on your perspective.”

Brogdon’s Pacers are currently fifth in the Eastern Conference and will be making a trip to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando.
