ASVEL Villeurbanne announced that Guerschon Yabusele will remain in Lyon for another season. Yabusele arrived in the French club in February, after starting the season in China with the Nanjing Monkey Kings.
The French forward played just four games with the team, before the season suspended due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Yabusele was the 16th overall pick of the 2016 draft selected by the Boston Celtics. In Boston, the forward played 74 NBA regular-season games from 2017 through 2019 averaging 2.3 points and 1.4 rebounds in 7.1 minutes.
