Michael Jordan dominated the 80’s and the 90’s, averaging +30 points in eight seasons, the highest being the 1986-86 season when the Bulls legend averaged 37.1 points per game. But how he would do today? It seems there is a consensus that he would average more points per game.

MJ’s agent David Falk said his former client would average 50-60 points per game today because there is virtually zero defense being played. Unlike the 80’s or 90’s when way more physical contact was allowed. Still, Jordan managed to average above 30 points per game.

ESPN’ “Get Up” did the math and came up with a number – today Michael Jordan would average 45 points per game. That’s more than any other player (James Harden is currently the top scorer with 34.4 points per game).
