Ivica Zubac came over from Europe and adjusted pretty fast to the NBA environment, being an important piece in the Los Angeles Clippers rotation this season.
The Croatia native talked on Q&A on Twitter about the importance of having mentors. In particular, he said several experienced players helped adjust to the NBA coming from a pretty different situation in Europe.
Being a starter, Zubac is averaging 8.0 points and 7.2 rebounds in 18 minutes per game this season.
