Patrick Beverley thinks the Los Angeles Clippers are the team to beat this season in the NBA, not the Lakers.
Beverley disagreed with the popular opinion that the Lakers are the team to beat in the league. The Clippers have defeated the Lakers twice in their three games this season (2-1).
“No. I mean that with absolutely no disrespect. Not only to the Lakers organization, but any organization,” the guard of the Clippers said during his appearance on the NBA’s Instagram Live feed.
Prior to the NBA suspension, the Clippers were second in the West with a 44-20 record, whereas the Lakers were on top, at 49-14.
