Bilbao improved to 4-0 in Group B of the Eurocup with a 77-67 win over French side Elan Chalon in Spain.

The Liga Endesa side sit proudly on top of the group, while the French side are now at 1-3. The game was never really in doubt as Bilbao raced to a double-digit lead from the first quarter and never looked back.

German Gabriel led the winners with 16 points and six rebounds.

Bilbao coach Rafael Pueyo Mena said: “I think we dominated the game from the start. We had a great first quarter, defensively and offensively. We got big leads and gave Chalon trouble with our zone defence.”

AJ Slaughter had a game-high 19 points in vain for Elan Chalon.

There was to be some joy for the French sides in the Eurocup as Le Mans grabbed a 79-67 away win over Artland Dragons in Germany.

The win improves Le Mans to 3-1, which is good enough for second in Group A while dropping Artland to 1-3.

Dashaun Wood led Le Mans with 19 points.

Paris Levallois grabbed their first win in the Eurocup this season with a resounding 83-65 win over Asvel in Group C.

The hosts were on fire from three-point land, draining 12 triples, en route to victory.

Landing Sane and Nicholas Lang led Paris with 16 points each as they move to 1-3. Asvel move to 2-2.

17 points from David Logan was enough for a 70-59 win for Alba Berlin over Gravelines at the O2 World.

Both teams move to 3-1 records in Group D.
