D’Angelo Russell reflected on his time with the Golden State Warriors, stating he enjoyed it even though it was brief.
Russell joined the Warriors in July, but was traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves before the February 6 trade deadline.
“The culture they had over there, you see why they win. They just do it right, there’s a lot of special basketball minds that drive that ship over there. It was dope, I enjoyed the whole experience,” Russell said on Instagram live.
In 33 games with the Warriors, Russell averaged 23.6 points, 6.2 assists and 3.7 rebounds over 32.1 minutes per game.
