Rob Parker, NBA analyst and co-host of The Odd Couple podcast, had some thoughts to say about the Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James as a leader. Parker seemed unimpressed with how James interacted with his teammates last season, saying it is not what a good leader would do.

“We even saw last year, with just the way the things went [Lakers weren’t playing good], he was just sitting away from his team when things get bad for the Lakers. He just seemed to alienate people,” he said.

“Even defensively, you remember, he wouldn’t really even be playing defense, he just stopped playing it, to the point that Kyle Kuzma once have to push him to the guy who he supposed to be defending. So last year he wasn’t a good leader. This year I think it’s easy to be a good leader, because the things were good,” Parker explained.
