FS1 analyst Skip Bayless says he rates former Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade second only to Michael Jordan in terms of being a leader and winner.

Wade called curtains at the end of last season following a 16-year NBA career during which he won three championships and made 13 All-Star teams. The 38-year-old had his No.3 jersey retired by the Heat back in February.
