Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum took James Harden’s side in last season’s MVP award conversation.
Tatum discussed the 2018-19 MVP race in an Instagram Live video on Tuesday, claiming Harden should have won MVP over Giannis Antetokounmpo.
The Bucks’ forward won his first MVP award last season, receiving 78 of 101 first place votes, while he is also the favorite in this year’s MVP award over the Los Angeles Lakers’ LeBron James.
On the other hand, Harden is still in the top-5 of the candidates this season, being in the conversation for the award every year in the last six seasons.
