The NBA draft process will be quite different this season due to the coronavirus pandemic.
According to Shams Charania of the Athletic, NBA teams have been given guidelines around the process leading to the 2020 NBA draft.
This process includes virtual visits with prospects, with each team limited to up to four hours of virtual meetings per prospect.
On the other hand, teams cannot ask the draftees to do any sort of live-video workout, while they are also not allowed to hold in-person workouts.
The draft is currently scheduled on Jun. 25, while the players have until Apr. 26 to declare eligibility. Nearly 100 prospects have already entered the 2020 NBA Draft.
