Mark Cuban, the owner of the Dallas Mavericks, took to Twitter to clarify his bold prediction.
Cuban originally said he predicted that the NBA would get “back to normal” by the middle of May. The NBA suspended the season on March 11 after Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert tested positive for coronavirus.
Since then, players from five different teams have tested positive for coronavirus.
The NBA has yet to announce a target date for play to resume.
