Kevin Durant will not be at Chase Center on Thursday, when the Brooklyn Nets face the Golden State Warriors.
The game will be played behind closed doors, due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.
Durant won two straight NBA titles and Finals MVP awards with the Warriors in 2017 and 2018, averaging 25.8 points in the regular season and 29.6 points in the postseason.
Golden State owner Joe Lacob has already said the franchise will retire Durant’s No. 35 jersey.
