Glenn Robinson III will return to San Francisco, going against his former team for the first time since his transaction to the Philadelphia 76ers.
Robinson traded for a second round pick to the Sixers, who were looking to add depth and shooting ability to their bench. As the ex-Warrior stated, he uses his trade as a motivation in tonight’s match-up.
“At the end of the day, they let me go for a second-round pick, and the same with AB. So just like anything else, just go play with an extra little chip on our shoulders, going in there. Just have fun with it.”
“No disrespect. Not hard feelings. It’s just going to be cool to go against some of the guys we have been practicing against and playing with all year,” Robinson said, per Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
