Kawhi Leonard shared his thoughts on what the LA Clippers should do to win the NBA title at the end of the season.
The two-time NBA champion believes that if the Clippers continue to remain confident and make sacrifices, they can win it all this season.
“We’re striving to get there. One thing is that you never know what’s going to happen down the road, if there’s like my previous teams, everybody just wanting to win and trying to make a sacrifice, staying confident.
I just think if we keep doing that, we can be successful, but it always doesn’t work to your favor. It’s a lot of luck in it — calls, making shots, people staying healthy. I think we just have to keep moving on the right track and staying positive,” Leonard said, per Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.
Leonard has won two title rings and two NBA Finals MVP trophies in his career so far. The Clippers are tied with the Denver Nuggets for second in the West, with a 41-19 record.
