LaMarcus Aldridge is targeting Monday’s game against Indiana for his return to the court, after missing the last two contests of his team.
According to San Antonio Express-News, the medical staff said he needed more rest, despite that Aldridge wanted to play against the Magic last night.
The Spurs big man sustained a right shoulder strain in the 113-104 win over the Utah Jazz on Feb. 21 in Salt Lake City.
Aldridge is a valuable member of the San Antonio squad as he averages 18.8 points per game, being the second-leading scorer of his team. Moreover, he is grabbing 7.5 rebounds per game, while he is the block leader of the Spurs with 1.5 per contest.
