Nate McMillan’s players swept the Charlotte Hornets (19-38) in front of their audience at 119:80. Pacers’ Sabonis scored 21 points in 31 minutes, grabbed 15 rebounds, made 9 assists, and made a mistake. The Lithuanian big man was the most scoring, most rebounding, and most assist’s player among teammates.

The Pacers became just the second team in NBA history to lose a match by more than 35 points and celebrate victory by more than 35 points. In 1966, the Los Angeles Lakers lost by 39 points, but they beat their opponents by 56 points in the next match.
