Barcelona have agreed terms on a new two-year deal for veteran guard Victor Sada.

The Spanish international, who recently added an Olympic silver medal to his 2011 Eurobasket gold is currently in his second spell with the Catalan club having moved from Barcelona to Akasvayu Girona in 2006. Sada played there for two seasons and played in the 2008 ULEB Cup Final before he moved back to Barcelona.

Sada started his pro-career in 2003 with Barcelona and in his time with the current ACB Liga Endesa champions, he has won a Euroleague title, four Spanish league crowns and two Spanish King’s Cups.

In last season’s Euroleague, Sada averaged 3.1 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 21 games played.
