The Houston Rockets’ co-star (another star is James Harden, of course) Russel Westbrook shared his thoughts on playing for the Rockets’ team.

“I play all positions,” Westbrook said. “I do whatever it is (needed) for me to do on the court to win. My natural position, yes I’m a point guard. I play point guard. A lot of people like to take that away from me because of the things I do. But I am a point guard, and I like to dominate my position.”

“I just try to find ways to make an impact. Obviously, with this style of play, different guys on the floor allows people to have to guard one-on-one, a lot of space, it’s to my advantage. Each game and throughout each season, you find ways to make your teammates better and find ways to sacrifice certain parts of your game. That’s definitely normal which is fine for me,” Westbrook added.

Westbrook is demonstrating monster statistics this season, averaging 27.2 points, 8.0 rebounds, 7.2 assists, 1.7 steals per game.
