The Dallas Mavericks recorded their 33rd victory of the season by taking down the Sacramento Kings 130-111. Both of the Mavs’ stars shined brightly in the game – Luka Doncic had 33 points while Kristaps Porzingis added 27.
According to KP, the connection on the court between him and Luka is getting better as Doncic finds Porzingis in positions in which he is comfortable. The Latvian forward expects it to only get better as the two get used to playing together, per Brad Townsend of Dallas Morning News:
“We looked good out there tonight. Luka’s done a great job of communicating to me where I want to get the ball. He’s also getting used to playing with me. He’s really starting to find me in those spots where I’m comfortable, that mid-range area. Slowly these things are starting to click. I think as we keep working and playing together, it’s going to get better and better and better.”Kristaps Porzingis
