Cleveland Cavaliers guard Collin Sexton is replacing injured Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro on the U.S. Team in the Rising Stars game at All-Star Weekend.

At 19.7 points per game, Sexton has the third-highest scoring average among second-year players, only trailing Trae Young (29.7 points per game) and Luka Doncic (28.8 points per game).

Sexton is also one of eight players to record 30 points or more and zero turnovers in multiple games this season.

Herro has been out since Feb. 3 with a right ankle injury.
