The Indiana Pacers are searching around the league to see if there is a possible trade for third-year forward T.J. Leaf.

The 22-year-old has only appeared in 22 games this season and hasn’t been able to find a consistent role on the team with the presence of Domantas Sabonis and Myles Turner.

The Pacers would like a true stretch four who can play in space, according to J. Michael of the Indianapolis Star.

There was hope that Leaf could be that player, but he’s proven to be more comfortable closer to the basket.

The Pacers are hoping that they can find a team who can give Leaf the time he needs to develop more.

Leaf was drafted No. 18 overall in the 2017 NBA Draft.
