Brooklyn Nets star Spencer Dinwiddie is not so happy with not being invited to take part in the Skills Challenge, which will take place during the NBA All-Star Weekend.

Dinwiddie won the challenge in 2018 and naturally expected to be given a chance to defend his title, per Zach Braziller of New York Post:

“Look at it like this: I won the Skills Challenge and didn’t get invited back,” Dinwiddie said after the Nets’ 133-118 win over the Bulls at Barclays Center on Friday night. “What does that f—in’ say? Have you ever met a winner of an award not get invited back? Now that s–t is pretty crazy. Folks don’t care about me. I’m Spencer. Quit playin.’ ”

Dinwiddie isn’t the only player to publicly express disappointment with not being invited to the All-Star Weekend. Jaxson Hayes of the New Orleans Pelicans used explicit language to say how he feels about not making the Rising Stars roster.
