Former Cajasol Seville, now re-called Banca Cívica after the merge of some important banks in Spain, lost against Caja Laboral 66-73 in a tough game in which Milko Bjelica and Oleson were the best players on the court.

In a very defensive game, Dusko Ivanovic’s team managed to get a great win in Seville against a slow Banca Cívica, thanks mainly to the great defensive on Paul Davis, local key player, who never felt confortable on the court and eventually lost his nerve after a couple of defensive actions.

Milko Bjelica was the best player for the visiting team, thanks to his great defense on Davis and 15 points scored, the best scorer of his team alongside Oleson and Teletovic. In Banca Cívica, only Triguero, supplying Davis’ absence, and Bogdanovic, scoring from the outside, did a good job.

Despite the local team tried hard in every minute of the game, it was impossible for them to reach the level showed by Caja Laboral, which scored more and better in the final quarter, grabbing a couple of key rebounds to secure an important victory on the road.
