Venezia served Siena their 5th loss of the season beating them 63-60 to climb to 6th place, while having a game less.

The Venetians were led by Szymon Szewczyk who poured in 17 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. David Andersen had 18 for the losing side while McCalebb had 13 for Siena whose mind obviously stayed in Madrid.

Milano beat Scavolin 81-70 and allowed Virtus Bologna to climb to 2nd spot of the league after beating visiting Avellino 76-56.
