Anthony Davis double-doubled on Friday night with 46 points (15/21 FGs, 3/5 threes, 13/13 FTs), 13 boards and an assist, adding three steals, one block and three 3-pointers in 38 minutes of action in the Los Angeles Lakers’ 123-113 victory against the New Orleans Pelicans at Staples Center. The Lakers won their fourth straight game, improving to 28-7. After the game, LeBron James praised Davis:
“He’s the recipient of our flow on offense because he’s just as fast as anybody on the floor, more dynamic than anybody that’s on the floor, does it better playing in the interior, playing in the exterior. He can do so many things,” James said of Davis, per Dave McMenamin of ESPN.
