Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young will return to the team’s lineup for the match against the Boston Celtics on Friday (03/01).
Young missed the last two games, due to a sprained right ankle, yet he has returned to practice and will play against the Celtics.
Atlanta head coach Lloyd Pierce confirmed the news, while speaking to reporters on Thursday (02/01).
“Trae will be fine. He worked out with us on Tuesday when we got back, non-contact. We had contact today and he was able to get through everything, so I think he’ll be fine,” Pierce said, via Ben Ladner of Sports Illustrated.
Young has been averaging 28.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 8.3 assists for the Hawks this season
