Oklahoma City Thunder and Spain forward Serge Ibaka has agreed a two-month deal with ACB side Real Madrid.

Ibaka will join up with Dallas Mavericks shooting guard Rudy Fernandez at the club. He debuts with the Euroleague side this coming weekend as they travel to Gran Canaria 2014.

The Eurobasket gold-medal winner replaces Novica Velickovic who is out for six weeks with an injury.

Ibaka is rumoured to get 100,000 euros a month during his stay with Madrid.

Real Madrid are currently in third place in the ACB with a record of three wins and one loss, Unicaja Malaga top the table with four wins from four games.
