The three time French LNB All-Star combo guard Cedrick Banks who won the French Cup in 2010, enjoyed success being a finalist in the French Championship in 2009 and taking the team Orleans to Euroleague for the first time where he averaged 11.9 points and shot 41% from the three in his first Euroleague season has moved from French side Limoges CSP back to Orleans Loiret Basket for yet another season in hopes to help bring the Orleans club back to the top of the French League.
