After leaving Tuesday’s game as a result from an elbow to the eye, Kyle Kuzma is expected to play in the Los Angeles Lakers’ next game on Friday, against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Lakers said that additional tests revealed Kuzma had suffered a right eye abrasion.
Thankfully for Kuzma, the injury initially looked worse than it actually was.
Kuzma will practice with the team today and will travel to Oklahoma City.
Kuzma has appeared in 10 games this season (one start) and is averaging 13.1 points and 3.9 rebounds per game.
