The number one draft pick of the 2019 NBA Draft put on a show in a preseason game against the Chicago Bulls. Zion Williamson scored 29 points for the New Orleans Pelicans as his team defeated the Bulls 127-125.

Williamson made 12/13 two-pointers and added 5/8 free-throws. He also had 4 rebounds and 4 assists. Jahlil Okafor and Nickeil Alexander-Walker scored 13 each for the Pelicans.

Zach LaVine was the top scorer for the Bulls with 28 points. Otto Porter added 16.

The Bulls won the first three quarters and were comfortably ahead of the Pelicans 107-86 before the final period. But then the Pelicans had an impressive run at the fourth quarter winning it 41-18 to seal the deal.
