The buzz surrounding the NBA Draft 2020 prospect LaMelo Ball continues to grow. According to TMZ Sports, sportswear giant, Nike, is showing “serious interest” in signing LaMelo to a shoe deal.
Reportedly, Nike even has a scout in Australia who is monitoring LaMelo’s play with the Illawarra Hawks. There is no formal deal but the interest is serious.
As of now, LaMelo is projected to be a Top 5 draft pick in 2020. Depending on how his season in Australia goes he could go up even to #1.
