Spain dominated Argentina from start to finish and became the 2019 Basketball World Cup champions (75-95).

Spain made a great start (2-14), but Argentina quickly cut the deficit, thanks to an 11-0 run (13-14).

The Spaniards, though, reacted and went on an 1-17 run of their own to bring the lead back to double digits (14-31).

Spain closed the first half in front by 12 (31-43) and extended their lead to 22 points (33-55).

The Argentinians attempted to turn things around (68-80), but the Spaniards stood tall and cruised to an easy victory (70-90).

Six players scored in double figures for the winners, with Ricky Rubio having 20 points and seven assists.

Gabriel Deck and Nicolas Laprovittola were the best players of the losing squad, with 24 and 17 points, respectively.

Spain claimed the title and the gold medal for the second time in its history (2006, 2019).
