Following a recent report that Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving are pushing the Brooklyn Nets to sign Carmelo Anthony, the 35-year-old veteran expressed his respect to the two saying it would be special playing alongside them.

“That’s family. So, that’s bigger than basketball. If something happens, something’s gonna happen”, Melo said to TMZ Sports.

This past season, Anthony played in 10 games and mostly came off the bench to score 13.4 points, 5.4 rebounds and 0.5 assists per game.
